Our goal was to make the existing brand distinctive and unique, reposition it on the local market, and boost its visibility among numerous competitors in one of the most dynamic real estate and construction markets in the region. Our strategy focused on adding value through a new eco-friendly approach to construction and a consistent, ongoing commitment to social responsibility.

We introduced the principles of Eco-Living Culture and showcased environmental protection systems integrated into residential buildings. Through further market analysis and refinement of green and sustainable architecture principles, we developed the Green Living Concept, combining eco-points for waste separation, green roofs and façades, and energy efficiency measures—implemented in our project at Futoška 57.
By consistently creating engaging content and maintaining integrated communication, we achieved our goal: ERKER Inženjering is now recognized as one of the leaders in sustainable and “green” construction in its target market.
The residential building in Kisačka Street introduced innovations such as the first green façade on a residential property in Novi Sad. This was supported by a more direct communication strategy centered on the importance of nature’s presence in urban areas and its benefits for residents—brought to life through the ERKER Inženjering – Nature’s Ally campaign.
Over the years, our collaboration with ERKER Inženjering has included prize contests and competitions, campaigns and workshops with public utilities, primary schools, and kindergartens, as well as a series of integrated campaigns promoting the brand’s values through public space activations (OOH, BTL), PR activities, and content on the brand’s website and social media channels.
