Dr Book is a new online service for booking appointments in private medical institutions across Serbia and the region. The idea behind the project was to replace the everyday hassle of searching, calling, and waiting in clinics with an efficient, user-friendly web platform. Here, users can find the nearest clinic or the first available doctor, compare experiences and ratings from other patients, and book an appointment in just three steps.

We developed a website that addressed the project’s core goals: clarity, a modern look and feel, easy navigation through the booking process, and seamless operation in a 100% digital environment.
The brand identity reflected the vision of a new world – one where communication is faster, systems are optimized for the user’s needs, and there’s no wasted time in waiting rooms. The Dr Book character is approachable yet authoritative – a bridge between the familiar image of serious doctors and the ideal physician who always has time and understanding for patients.

The campaign’s core message, “Don’t use the internet to find a diagnosis – use it to book an appointment,” tapped into the fact that most future users were already online. The goal was to guide them away from self-diagnosing via “online treatment” toward a new digital mainstream of professional medical care.
